U-Sense Granada Centro Hotel

Location across from Plaza Bib Rambla made exploring Granada super easy. The room had a lovely decor with sufficient space. Enjoyed two balconies offering great views and added charm. Staff were very good in accommodating dietary needs during breakfast. They provided gluten-free options which were delicious! The air conditioning was noisy and the breakfast selection was limited to a few items, though the scrambled eggs were tasty. The bathroom amenities were nice, but I could hear neighbors too clearly, which disrupted some rest. I'd recommend this hotel for its fabulous location and caring staff, despite the sound issues.

Great location on the plaza near the Cathedral and shopping. Also enjoyed access to the 4th floor balcony - that was a highlight.

We didn't think the staff was very friendly at all.

The staff were lovely & the location was perfect. The maid cleaned the room & even made the bed look nice for our 3 year old by arranging her toys. We couldn't fault it. Guest reviews are a little inaccurate as some complained about noise and access but it wasn't noisy with windows shut and access is what you'd expect for a Spanish city

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Plaza Bib Rambla, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, shops, and dining options.

The noise from housekeeping starting early in the morning made it challenging to rest properly, even with a slightly later check-in time.

More choice of fruit juice + fresh fruit for breakfast would be welcome

Positive, The location was perfect in Plaza Bib Rambla, right by everything! The room was comfy with a fine view of the Alhambra. Breakfast was a treat, and I loved the Rituals toiletries. The staff was super nice and even offered fresh lemonade upon arrival 😄

Very nice hotel, well located on Bib Rambla piazza, near the cathedral; fantastic patio on the roof with magnificent views. Very good value for money.

Location is very nice , you step outside and there's so much to see. I found a lovely big room with a beautiful rainforest shower , perfect after our long days exploring.

Wasn't exactly a bargain , but I guess you pay for the experience.

The view from the hotel was great and the breakfast was perfectly fine and gorgeous with ham and cheese, as example.

The location across from Plaza Bib Rambla was perfect for sightseeing. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds. Staff was super friendly, even serving fresh lemonade upon arrival. Only downside was a bit of noise in the morning, but it didn't ruin the fun!

one of the hotel receptionist's wasn't overly friendly. not rude exactly, just indifferent. breakfast not good at all. not worth it to pay for it. much better to eat somewhere outside of the hotel.
